Relationships have begun to form and the children understand more and more what becoming a Child of God really means. These years are crucial for them as they learn the Bible and what God has in store for them. Most children will make a decision to ask Jesus to be their Savior and Lord during these years.

We use ReThink Groups 252 Basics curriculum. It is broken down into Life Groups, where the children are with 8-10 others and have the same adult and youth leader each week. The curriculum take a life virtue each moth and puts stories from the Bible with them to help the children understand the meaning of the virtue and how it applies to them.  The Life Group Leader will have activities to support the virtue each week. We have worship teams that come in to do the music and lesson in the large group setting. If you would like more information about this curriculum you can go to www.252basics.com.
<h1>Classes</h1>

Each grade level is broken down into 4 Life Groups. The students’ Kidcreek tag will have the information on what group they are in within their grade level.

<h1>Morning Schedule</h1>
The schedule for the 252 Basics groups typically start with an opening activity to introduce the virtue and Bible Story for the day. The worship team comes in and does music and the lesson. The children will then participate in either large group or small group activities to apply the lesson for the day. They end with a time of prayer lead by their Life Group Leader.

If your child has allergies, please remind the teacher when you drop off. Please let them know if you have a snack for them. Upon occasion your child will have a substitute that may not know about their needs. The allergy notice is on their nametag as well. We typically do not do snacks for this age group. If your child needs to have something, please let us know.

<h1>What to Bring</h1>

Your child will want to bring their Bible with them to Kidcreek.  We will use them throughout the morning. They can also bring offering. It will be taken up during the worship time.
<h1>Pick up</h1>
When you are ready to pick up your child, please bring your parent tag. It will have your child’s specific number (one for each child) and your four digit family number. You will be asked to show your take to get into the Kidcreek area and again when you pick up your child from their classroom. If you loose your tag, please go to the kiosk at the main entrance of Kidcreek.
