Woodcreek is building a new relationship with the San Remo Nursing Home on Shiloh road just a few blocks from the church.  We look forward to creating meaningful relationships with residents there as we study the Bible, sing, and play games together.  If you have a heart for caring for those who have led before us then join us at San Remo.
