CARE Trip
Hey CARE Trip Team!
We are so excited to have you on board for this year’s CARE Trip! We know that it is not by chance that you applied, were accepted, and are now in the process of going on CARE Trip. You are now part of a team of 13 students and 3 leaders traveling to Oklahoma to work with Voice of the Martyrs. Here are some things you will need to know:
This year, we have 3 pre-trip meetings. Two of these are mandatory and it is very important that you make them a priority in your schedule:
Meeting 1: November 20th, 3:00pm, @ Woodcreek – What Is A Martyr?
Meeting 2: November 27th, 6:00pm, @ Melissa’s House – (Optional meeting) China Cry
Meeting 3: December 18th, 4:00pm, @ TBA – Secret Church
Lastly, please be in prayer for this trip. Pray that God will be already at work in our team to create unity, hearts of service, and an eagerness to know God better through this trip. Pray for the people we will be working with that we will be a blessing to them and encourage them in their mission. Lastly, pray for the persecuted church around the world. Here is a website that lists prayer requests for those being persecuted and martyred.
